• Matching to Player Specs
  -The goal is to match each racket to a target spec (e.g., 294g mass, 32.7cm balance, 290 swing weight).
  -Blu tack is added temporarily to find the correct weight distribution before replacing it with permanent materials.
• Swing Weight Adjustment
  -Blu tack is placed at the racket head to raise swing weight to match the desired target.
  -Swing weight is recalculated using specialized equipment until it hits the precise number (e.g., 290).
• Balance & Mass Adjustment
  -Remaining Blu tack is used in the butt cap to fine-tune the balance and overall mass.
  -The goal is to get within very tight tolerances (±0.2g in mass, ±0.1cm in balance, ±0.5 swing weight units).
• Lead Tape Application
  -Once weights are confirmed, blu tack on the head is replaced with lead tape, carefully measured to match the same mass.
  -Tape is hidden under the bumper guard for durability and professional finish.
  -Lead tape is applied evenly on both sides of the racket, centered on the racket’s midpoint.
• Final Assembly
  -Grommets are reattached, the butt cap is replaced, and all final specs are rechecked.
