Dean Hollingworth, MTPS, CSCS, brings over 25 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach to his roles as an esteemed author, speaker, and fitness and performance consultant. Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Master Tennis Performance Specialist by the International Tennis Performance Association, Dean also serves on the educational board of Team PTR. He has trained a wide range of tennis players, from ITF to ATP and WTA levels, including a Grand Slam champion, an Olympic gold medalist, and a world number 1 ranked doubles player. Notably, Dean played a pivotal role in the early development of former world number 4 Genie Bouchard and continues to train elite junior players globally, earning recognition as one of the world’s premier tennis-specific fitness trainers.
